Our approach

First Standard Peptides uses WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the practical website standard. Accessibility is tested throughout design, content, form, and release work.

Current features

• Keyboard-operable navigation, forms, buttons, and disclosures.
• Visible focus states, skip navigation, semantic headings, labels, and status messages.
• Responsive layouts, readable contrast, text-based controls, and no required drag interaction.
• Form errors announced to assistive technology and connected to the affected step.
• No autoplaying audio/video or flashing content.

Feedback

If a page or control is difficult to use, submit a non-sensitive request through Support and select “General company question.” Identify the page and the task you were trying to complete, but do not include health or patient information.

Ongoing work

We continue keyboard, screen-reader, zoom/reflow, color/contrast, reduced-motion, mobile, and form-error testing as the site changes. Any future third-party checkout, account, clinical, or payment tool must pass a separate accessibility review before activation.
