Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about products, requests, and customer service.
Products & requests
How do I request products?
Add featured products to your cart and review quantities. For other products, select Custom order to request pricing and availability.
Who can submit a product request?
Requests are for laboratories, institutions, biotech companies, CROs, and other qualified organizations with a legitimate nonclinical research purpose.
Can I change strengths or quantities?
Each strength has its own product card. Open the product page to see the other catalog strengths, or adjust quantities in the catalog and cart.
Does a request reserve stock or create an order?
No. Adding products and submitting a request does not reserve stock, create a purchase, or commit you to payment.
Pricing, payment & shipping
Where are prices shown?
The 17 featured products show a price per vial and can be added to your cart. The other 25 catalog products are available for custom-order requests; pricing and availability are confirmed individually. A listed price does not reserve stock.
Can I pay on the website?
Online payment is not currently available. After a quote is approved, First Standard provides the available payment method and instructions directly. Submitting the form does not charge you.
When will my products ship?
Standard shipping is $6.95, or free on qualifying orders of $100 or more after discounts, before tax and shipping. Handling requirements and delivery timing are confirmed before payment; no delivery date is currently promised.
How do I check a request or ask about a return?
Email customer service with your request reference. The shipping and refund policies explain the terms that apply to approved transactions.
Labels & quality documents
Where can I see the original label?
Open the product page and choose View original label. Each current catalog product includes its original label PDF and a labeled vial preview.
Is a COA available for every product?
No. The product page shows current documentation status. A published COA must match the exact product and current lot or batch. Contact customer service if a report is not published.
Can one report cover every lot?
No. Each report applies to the specific lot or batch it identifies.

Does First Standard provide dosing or medical advice?
