No generic or recycled document is presented as batch-specific evidence. Current public records contain no verified COA results.
Exact evidence chain
A publishable record must match the canonical SKU, current lot, and batch; identify test categories and dates; preserve the original PDF and integrity hash; complete reviewer review; and receive the designated owner’s publication approval.
Fail-closed publication
Draft, pending, mismatched, incomplete, invalidated, withdrawn, superseded, historical, non-original, or unapproved reports are not displayed as current evidence. The system does not fall back to a generic product-level COA.
What testing does not prove
A report or independent test does not by itself establish legality, sale authority, availability, clinical suitability, label compliance, supply reliability, fulfillment readiness, or launch approval.
