Approved transactions carry written cancellation, return, and refund terms before payment.
Custom Order requests
Submitting an RFQ is not a purchase. Any approved transaction is governed by the written quote, payment, cancellation, shipping, return, and refund terms supplied before payment.
Approved transactions
The applicable seller, merchant of record, cancellation window, return eligibility, refund method, damaged-shipment process, nonreturnable conditions, and support responsibilities are provided for the exact channel.
Unexpected charge
If a charge references First Standard unexpectedly, contact support@firststandardpeptides.com without sending payment-card details.
